"The tenders do not look like the ones on the menu. They were tough and not crunchy enough. The product has gone down. We dined in, and almost every table was dirty and wobbly. The floor was sticky and the soda machine clearly had not been cleaned in a while. The older gentleman who took our order was dirty and clearly working his butt off. He was super friendly. But the overall on this store is unfortunately very poor."
"The chicken wasn't a golden fried chicken color at KFC. We ordered a 12 price meal with 2 sides. It was burnt and tough."
"I no longer buy the chicken strips bc they dont taste real. It's like synthetic rubbery chicken flavored nastiness. The regular chicken was not cooked properly and when you walked in you shoes suck to the floor bc it was so sticky and dirty. In fairness to kfc they did say they were understaffed. But still...."
"Disgusting. The bucket of chicken I got was completely soaked in grease. I pulled a thigh out of the bucket and the skin just slid right off. I’m going to assume they never let the grease drain properly after it was fried. Unless this is a new version of their original recipe…Called numerous times to speak with a manager and nothing. They won’t even answer the phone. Avoid this place at all costs."
"I went through the drive-through and ordered a eight piece meal and when I got home I opened up the chicken box it looks burnt the chicken was full of Grease including the bottom of the bucket I have been trying all day to call this restaurant considering I live a little distance from the area and the phone has been busy the whole day I am very disappointed in this restaurant at this point I want to speak to a manager and receive a full refund I still have the food I would gladly return it I recommend not patronizing this establishment"
