"I called the store today at 12:30 pm and the phone just rings. I let it ring 15 times. I ordered food on 2/29/24 asked for red ranch on my sandwich, nothing. I am ordering today 3-15-24 and wanted to make sure they add the red ranch before doordash picks up order and no answer. I tired to call on 2/29/24 as well and it just rings. I expect my sandwich to have no red ranch today when it's delivered. It is not an option to express don't forget the red ranch on doordash."

"I've had better. I usually ignore advertising, but once in awhile, something catches my eye (or ear). Arby's announced that it was going to start offering WagYu Burgers. I thought "What the Heck is that?" I wondered if maybe it was some catchy abbreviation for some advertising slogan like "Way Good 4 U". Turns out is an artisanal grade of beef usually associated with several breeds of Japanese cattle. "Kobe" is a type of WagYu. It refers to the amount of marbling in the beef. USDA grades fit into the second row of the photo below. WagYu grades are in row 3 or 4. Now there is "American Wagyu", "Montana Wagyu", "Australian" etc. For this amount of marbling, my burger was surprisingly tasteless and dry and overwhelmed by the bun and "secret sauce". For a good burger, go to a specialty burger place, not somewhere know for beef sliced on a microtome. If Arby's is going to offer something that is "supposedly" so special, perhaps it should explain why it is "supposedly so special". Then it should deliver on what it promises. Nov 2023 update - lately I've just been heading down the street to Lion's Choice. They have a very good Hot Italian Roast Beef Sandwich."

"Ordered a mobile order for pickup. Show up to the store after order pickup time listed in app and the food isn’t on the pickup shelf. Had to wait in line at register for 5 minutes only for the cashier to tell me that they were out of the sandwich that I had ordered, and he “didn’t have time” to take it off the mobile order menu before I ordered it. Complete waste of my time."

"All of sandwiches from the roast beef to chicken to sliders are good. And I love the jamocha milkshakes! Their French fries are good too. I can't think of anything to say bad about this fastfood restaurant."

"Alicia and the rest of the crew were very cordial and efficient all the food was made fresh and I asked about the jamocha shake and she gave me a small taste. There were a lot of deals going on and they told me about it. I was there for a gift card and she helped me with that it was a very good visit. They had a 2 for $7 deal I got the fish and the roast beef and I also get a order of jalapeno poppers. They had cream cheese in them and I thought they were going to have regular nacho cheese in them so I gave them to my child. And she also had boneless buffalo wings and fries and those were really good so good there's no picture"
