"Food was good, portioned correctly, service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean. I got a burrito bowl and came here for 11:10am pickup on a Monday. Based on the poor reviews I have seen for this location, it seems that they opened recently and just had opening pains. I did not have the same negative experience. May also just be the time of day. To the opening crew, at least, good job!"

"Save your money and time and go to the Hanley chipotle. I have been here multiple times as it just opened and is right down the street. It is horrible. food is cold, undercooked, and somehow they "run out" of half the ingredients at 6pm on a Thursday and Saturday. Service is mediocre at best, the cashier is always friendly but the person working the line each time gives half scoop portions, or if you get a side queso or guac its not even halfway filled. The food area is always a mess too (rice everywhere, guac/queso/salsa smeared on the counter so the bottom of the foil or bowl gets it on it) I have gone back a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened but each time I have been back it seems like it is getting worse. Go to Hanley or Des Peres"

"Wow....this location is awful. Was in there at 8. Almost all tables were dirty. Daughter went in restroom and said there was poop on the floor. They were out of some items and were totally unapologetic about it. No hustle. And two burritos for 30 bucks. Yeah, not again...and I suggest you find another location."

"I tried them about 3 weeks ago and it was terrible. The rice and the beans at the steam table were dried out. The chicken was extremely salty. I've had Chipolte from other locations and always thought it was good. I was going to give the Rock Hill location another try today, but then I saw the reviews. I think I'll hold off for a month or two and see if they're able to improve."

"This restaurant’s fulfillment of online orders is slow, and the manager and staff working at the time showed an exceptional lack of customer appreciation. I ended up having to wait in-store 45 minutes for my online order. There were about 7-10 people waiting for online orders while I was there, and almost No Walk In Orders during this time. With six staff present (two doing online orders, two “prepping”, two up front serving nobody) another customer and I asked if the up front people could help fulfill orders. The front staff neglected to help, and the manager on duty gave multiple excuses for why only the to-go staff could fulfill it. This location needs a better system in place and needs better staff training. Once I finally got the food, it was tasty, but this was a terrible experience and makes me question ever supporting this location again."
