Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"They only had three people, but they were focused on the service and the food. They were talking, and what they were saying was all about helping people get their food and making sure they were cooking up the right food to fill the orders. They were grown-ups and treated me and the chicken and themselves with respect. A lot of Popeyes around here have a couple of kids trying to get you away from them one handed with a phone in the other hand. Not here, not today. It was really busy here with the drive through. The lady at the counter greeted me and said she would be right with me as she helped out the drive-through customers. Here I was asked, "How can I help you?" I ordered a spicy combo. She came back and said "We don't have a spicy wing, would a leg be ok?" I said "As long as it's spicy I'm good." Like I said, respect, service, communication, all delivered. I bit into the chicken and the hot spicy crunchy juicyness that you can only get at a good Popeyes blissed me out. I took small bites so that it wouldn't burn my lips until it cooled off enough to wolf it down. You know what I'm talking about. The red beans and rice were right too. I hope when you come here that the crew that was on today is on when you get here."

"It's hit or miss here! I've had excellent chicken and sides and then I've had under cooked ( in my opinion) chicken. The service is about par, nothing to write home about if you know what I mean. Parking and location is easy in easy out. I'll return in future but they are on my OK list for now"

"I stopped by for lunch today, and I have to say that they were the best tasting chicken tenders I’ve had in a long time. My fries were crisp and the biscuit was so tasty. I can’t really speak on the atmosphere because I went through the drive-through. I can comment though on the person that took my order. He was amazing, very friendly very helpful, and then also the person that ran my food out to the car. He was very friendly and helpful as well. Keep doing what you guys are doing."

"I went here after a long 12shift at work for dinner for the family. The disappointment is real!!!!! First off they didn’t have mild chicken up and ready. The girl at the window asked me if I wanted to wait. She stated it will be up shortly , she will bring it to me.. I was pulled over for 10 or more. Finally I went in . No one was aware of my order. The manager had to make it. Since I waited so long,He throw in apple pie.( big whoop ) He gave me ALL SPICY chicken!! Didn’t realize it was spicy until I took a bite out of it. I was already half way home . I stay in (Black Jack north county ) Gross now my stomach on 10. I don’t really eat spicy food. They ruined my family dinner . I wish fast food workers understand that people pay their hard earned money. We just don’t want just anything ."

"I literally had the simplest order ever! THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG! Chicken cold! Mash potato FREEZING! They forgot my 2nd side! After being asked WHAT YOU WANT?!? From the cashier, like Don’t y’all sale chicken?!? What do you mean what do I want?!? Then he asked what drunk you want? I replied sprite, he then says we don’t have it! & just looks at me???? I’m like umm well what do you have? He replied now with an attitude the other drinks! I’m just sooooo over this place! After paying 17.52 for burnt, OLD, COLD FOOD! (While on my 30 min break from work) I AM PISSED!"
