"In some confusion my boyfriend and I accidentally grabbed the wrong order. (which was never attempted to be clarified) Employee helping us was obviously extremely annoyed (rightfully so as it was our mistake) however she was overly rude when asking/taking the drink back and we’re almost positive she made a rude comment while skating away. She then came back with our right order which had a wrong drink, but she was clearly already frustrated so we chose not to say anything. We don’t blame her for being upset as it was pretty annoying understandably so. However, weirdly enough it did kinda ruin our night. Being polite and clarifying goes a long way."
"Got chili cheese dog combo & cheeseburger combo and it was over $20! I always loved their chili dogs but not this time. Didn't taste right at all and we were just passing through on the way home after visiting my mom at the nursing home in Fenton. We live 49 minutes away so we couldn't drive all the back to complain and get something else :'("
"The chocolate milkshakes and onion rings were good. We ordered nearly $40 worth of food. All of the items ordered were delivered correctly! The computer screen at our parking space said it needed to be rebooted, but the audio worked. The crispy chicken sandwich was not crisp, and the chicken lacked flavor. I didn't like the chili on the chili dog. The chili topping seemed bitter. The servers were friendly. The premises were groomed and without litter. The later hours of operation worked for us as other restaurants had closed."
