"Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The drinks were wrong and the chicken breast barely covered half the bun. Not happy with my experience."
"Service is abysmal. As you order drive through with one car ahead of you, and finally get your order an hour later after waiting inside (you’ll be told they’ll bring it out, but in truth the staff can’t be bothered), you’ll begin to wonder why you didn’t go to a proper sit down restaurant instead. Visited the location every few months over a year now. About 6 months ago had hope (seemed service and delivery of food was improving), but it’s slipped back firmly into horrible territory again. Not worth giving them your business."
"The chicken sandwich was delicious. Cajun fries were just made (as we had a few extra minutes at the drive thru window waiting on them). Attendant was very cordial but got one of the soft drinks incorrect. We didn't ask to have it corrected."
"We waited 25 minutes and agreed to replacement pieces because they were out of wings and legs. When we got the chicken, it was short 3 pieces(we received 9 instead of 12) the chicken was not hot. It was not fresh and was spicy not mild! Terrible customer service!"
"The food is wonderful I have never been to a Popeyes before they opened in Eureka MO. I've been there twice now. The first time I was there I got the blackened chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and fries with the mango lemonade. Can't complain about anything the sandwich was great the fries were awesome and the drink was so good that I had to get it the second time I went back. The second time I tried the chicken wings with sweet and spicy sauce, it was not very spicy yet it was very good. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is the service is a little slow but I'm not too upset by it because I'm sure with a new restaurant will have some growing pains. And besides the food was superb so the slow service is kinda worth it."
