"The worst oil change place I've ever gone to! The employees have no knowledge of an engine or how to work on it. They just have bodies in there pushing cars through and breaking things in your engine. Then not claiming that they broke it and say it's a manufacturers defect! "I just want to shout out one of the employees here, I genuinley forgot his name but he called out that my tires were extremly bad and I got new ones the same day. 01/22/2024 there is extremley bad freezing rain and I had to go to work, I Can only imagine if I didnt get new tires where I would be stuck on the side of the road. "Been going here for several years. Always good service. Wait time is hit or miss - it's first come, first served. I've found that going in the middle of the day during the week is best, but that's probably kinda obvious if you've been a consumer of goods or services before."
"The guys here are top-notch. I received an oil change a week or so ago and my oil pressure sensor light went off a few times while idling. I called and spoke with the service manager at my local dealership who said it's not uncommon for aftermarket filters to cause this issue & that an OEM filter will likely resolve the issue. I called Valvoline and spoke with Ryan (serving as interm mgr). He was very welcoming to assist in resolving the issue. He went out of his way to obtain an OEM filter from the dealership and swap it out at no charge. When getting to the service center, David was also very accommodating and helpful in resolving my issue. Thanks for the great service, guys!"
