"I called these wonderful gentleman bc I had 2 flat tires and requested a patch for both. My appointment was 1:30pm. Not only were they punctual but they were a little early! Unfortunately they were unable to fix the tires bc they were damaged, and wouldn't hold any air. Instead of trying to get over and charging me more, they were honest in letting me know they couldn't repair them and even offered to follow me to the tire shop to get new tires. I decided to go another route and have a family member look at them. After canceling they still were nice, professional, and informative. But most of all he refunded me some of money back to me. I have nothing negative to say about these guys. They were great and would definitely use them again if needed, and will recommend them to others as well. Thanks for being so honest and pressional guys!!"
