"Worst Panda Express in KC area. Love their food but this location has absolutely the worst customer service that we've ever experienced in our lifetime. First of all, food was cold but we didn't complain about that. Once we started eating my son found hair in chow mein, not one but two. We were not even half way done with our food. We were so disgusted that my son nearly threw up. We completely lost appetite and decided to just leave. Upon notifying them, they accused that we ate the food first, then complained!! More than half of the orders were still on the plates. They offered to re-serve the chow mein but we had no appetite to eat there anymore, when asked for a refund, they refused and offered a single coupon which we didn't accept as we never want to go to that restaurant anymore."
