"Go here often customer is always great until today @3:45am came in before work cashier was busy stocking so security goes to let her know customer are in line she continues to do here stocking not acknowledging customer at all then finally come to the counter with an attitude because I was shaking my head in disbelief because I’m pretty sure the guard to her she had customers but her rudeness was blistering to me. I’m a regular patron of the store so everyone knows me and my character and a never have an attitude with any of the cashiers there. I guess the graveyard shift was getting to her today. Smh"

"I’m gonna reiterate on this poorly ran store, they treat lottery players like a problem when you come in and spend your hard earned money and I’m talking about thousands on midday and evening tickets, pick 3 and 4 and power all and mega millions, you’re taking the time to fill out the slips to win some money not get ripped off! Additionally common courtesy is something that should be given when working with the public, some of the clerks with exception to Sarah and Val are rude af and do not do a good job. You never see nobody hit big in there on their windows because they don’t run your tickets right and blame you when they mess up. The store manager is a prick and just throw the whole store away. What’s the point of being convenient when you don’t have any manners and don’t value the customer. I was told that they would make it right for me losing out on a $250 win that a clerk dropped the ball on and not once have they apologized or tried to make things right or get better employees. So if you go in there please count your change and your lottery tickets etc. but I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, go to quiktrip or whatever gas station treats you with respect and honors your business! Personally I’m gonna steer clear and save my money and business for where it’s appreciated!"

"First I am going to say. Wow! The staff is very ignorant. They have two cashiers but directing customers into a single file line like it is kindergarten. At least greet people before demanding what you want out of the customer. You see I said, Demand. Not ask. I won't be coming back. It's hard enough dealing with life within itself. Then you go to these businesses where the employees are rude and apparently miserable."

"Normally I don't have an issue with this location and I like going here. But today I watched the employees on there phone more than helping the long line of customers. If that was not bad enough the security guard had her kids in the store and they kept stealing from the store. So not sure what happened to this location but it needs to be fixed and fast."
