"The bowls were fresh, but I was disappointed they were out of a lot of menu items. The pokedoke bowl was tasty but definitely would have been better with the seaweed they were out of. Overall it’s a nice change from the usual things you will find in the area. They have outdoor seating too. Parking on the street next to the place is a little hectic with everyone living in the buildings around there."

"Usually very good. Pokedoke is out of the way for my boyfriend and I but we decided to go after class today to get to go bowl. Both our bowls had extremely hard rice. To the point we didn’t even want to eat our meals because the rice was so bad. You could even see in the rice that it was a solid white vs cooked rice being a little more transparent. The rice is 50% of the meal if not more so there was just so way I could make myself eat it."
"Short Story: Fresh ingredients, and fast and friendly service makes a delicious PokeDoke experience! Long Story: PokeDoke in Kirkwood offers delicious Poke and Boba Tea in a cute, clean and friendly environment. They even have a sweet wall with a neon sign you can take photos in front of. The Poke offerings are large portions, made with fresh ingredients (not always the easiest in the Midwest). I ordered a small make-your-own Poke bowl with Ahi tuna, 1/2 brown rice 1/2 mixed greens base, edamame, crab salad, seaweed salad, and cucumbers, topped with crispy onions and eel sauce. It was so tasty! The staff were all so friendly and helpful when creating the bowl to-go. I also ordered a large Jasmine Milk Boba tea, which was so sweet and delicious! Thanks so much, PokeDoke Kirkwood! I will be back again soon."
