"Went in on 3\27 and purchased items in store and 1 item online (associate ordered for me). Had a "system error" even though it said approved on my side and they made me run my card again. I got double charged and when I asked about it they said oh it's a hold and it will come off (even though she has JUST said no charges happen until items ship) so I wait and today 3\31 I get a THIRD CHARGE for the same item ordered when it shipped. ALL CHARGES HAVE CLEARED MY ACCOUNT no "hold" was refunded, customer service won't help me bc they can't see charges and blame it on the new system. Supervisor actually started getting loud and extremely rude when I called customer service. No one will help so I am now disputing it with my credit card company who can see all 3 charges. I was lied to in store, ignored and yelled at on the phone and will NEVER shop at Maurices again. You guys just lost a customer that almost exclusively shops with you guys. I am SO disappointed."

"Every Maurice's I've been to - Fenton, Tulsa, Omaha - they're all FANTASTIC ! Buuuut Washington is my go to store !! Excellent customer care ! I have terrible taste in clothing and the ladies always throw me something together that looks great !"
