"Used to stop by here drive through from time to time but last few times the service is terrible with disrespectful employees, long slow lines, and incorrectly prepared items. A vanilla latte is not a coffee guys sorry that you don’t know the difference. Will be avoiding this location in the future."

"Don't expect to have dinner here during dinner time. They close the lobby down before dinner and will not reopen. They have you order on the app and pick it up curbside, even if you walk over from the hotels daily. The app is also wrong on their hours. I go over at 630pm and they're supposed to be open until 7pm, but the app has them closed so you can't order food there to pick up. I have written in to McDonald's Corporate and they just give the same scripted response as usual."

"Disgusting restaurant. Food was barely cooked or old and had been sitting around. They’re going to hurt someone with this lack of caring or quality. Horrible service. Rude. Left off things off our order then hid behind locked doors so we couldn't correct the order or complain about the badly cooked food. Go to any other McDonald's but this one. It’s the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. I’m seriously NOT kidding. All around bad. SERIOUSLY for your health and welfare and sanity avoid this restaurant like you would the plague."

"1 star because I can’t figure out how to do 0 stars. Worst McDonalds experience in 44 years of my life experienced at this McDonald’s. I ordered two drinks and they gave me one. I asked them for my other drink and they told me I only ordered one. I told them I did order two and they actually gave me the one that wasn’t part of the combo I ordered. I offered to pay at the window so my child could have their drink. They told me I couldn’t do that and told me I would have to drive around the store and get in line and order again. After several back and forths, the female manager threw a cup holder at me and they refused to give me their names. Horrible experience and yet as you can see from the photos, they were pretty proud of themselves."

"This location is the perfect role model on how to lose tons of money at a restaurant. Hours say they close at 700pm. Try 300pm. Freaking ridiculous. Rude staff anyhow. Not to mention I ended up with Noro virus and this was the only place I ate in the last couple of days. Thanks for not washing your hands after you use the bathroom guys. Really appreciate it. Don’t have much of a choice if you’re stuck in the nearby hotel with no other options. Update-next day, 12:20 and they are closed already?!?!? Are you really serious? How do they stay in business?? Closed at lunch time????"
