"Burger King is one of the last fast food places left I feel I can get a good meal and this location just ruined that my new bacon melt was completely cold not even slightly warm and break not even toasted as the picture shows. For 15$ an hour ya could do better if you think you deserve my hard earned money I will forever avoid this location and respond negatively towards any conversation about going to this location"
"Eta: At 2 of my recent curbside pick ups I had to go inside and ask about my order. Both times I had been waiting 10 minutes and when I went inside my order was sitting there ready with a delivery sticker on it. My son loves the whopper and fries. I love the chicken wrap. We use the app and do curbside pick up."
"I received a BK gift card and tried to order online exclusive bundles with it, using my credit card for the remaining balance. It gave me an error and would not order the food. I tried clearing my cache and restarting my browser but that did not work. I attempted to contact support and the AI chat bot could not help me. After requesting to talk to support staff I was told support would email me in 24 to 48 hours. My gift card balance was added to my online account, and now I cannot use it in person either. I have never had such a terrible experience, nor have I encountered such a poor customer support system in fast food. Other people have reported similar problems and I think their system just doesn't work"
"The food was great! Hot. Fresh. Delicious! The employees were friendly and polite, and quick... until you had your food. Shouting across the dining room, constant "you're fired!"s from the manager, just being generally loud and obnoxious. There were so many employees joking around and goofing off, yet the tables were dirty. Higher staff expectations or lower the number of employees paid to goof off."
"Went to get lunch for me and my coworkers they got the order right however they only got 2 out of the 3 whoppers I ordered, I asked for ketchup and I didn't get any, as well as a cookie I understand they have to work fast but it would be nice for people to pay attention as well!"
