"This Starbucks has been a constant disappointment. I'm a junior at maryville and have constantly had to deal with outrageous wait times for one drink. As a Starbucks barista at a corporate store this store is not up to the Starbucks standard. I'm usually not one to complain about a longer wait time, but I had to wait 55 minutes for a drink and grilled cheese. The only thing that could save this Starbucks is to have corporate come in an re-train all employees and manager. I understand that there are new employees and it takes time to get the standard down and be confident in the drinks you're making, but at this point it's just unacceptable and can only be chocked down to poor training and poor management."
