"I have gone to this location twice. I ordered a McDouble with no ketchup or mustard. And I asked for extra pickles and extra onions. Either time I did not receive any onions on my burger at all. I'm very disappointed this location. Either time, I did not receive any onions on my burger at all. It is very sad and I'm not surprised. Don't ever eat at this location. You will not get what you want."
"We ordered a caramel frappe and got something with no ice added while making. It should be a frozen drink but no ice at all and was super sweet due to that. There were few items too in the order, had to wait long in the drive thru to get the order and the person at the counter didn’t even acknowledge that it got delayed. Lack of proper training to the staff caused this."
"Day staff is always wonderful, but the evening staff has been terrible these past few weeks. A certain red haired woman is an exceptionally poor example of a good customer service representative. She is not helpful and very inflammatory. Never again!"
