"I took my Chevy sonic to them to see what was going on with it they they change my thermostat a few days later my heater is blowing out cold air and my car is running hot and it’s leaking out the hose and they still want to charge me for what they mess up on my car I highly do not recommend them !!!!"

Precision Tested:

"If it was possible in ANY way to leave negative stars, I would do so. I had my vehicle towed there to have work done. They diagnosed it as needing head gasket repair. I decided to let them repair my vehicle and after experiencing multiple delays, little to no communication & nultiple thousands of dollars later, my vehicle was returned to me...with a little catch: ...they forgot to fully reattach the motor to the vehicle. I didn't realize this nugget of information until I was behind the wheel driving down the road & with no warning whatsoever hearing one of the bolts from the motor mount shoot out from underneath. The front of the vehicle suddenly lurched forward & the brakes slammed shut. After having it towed back to the shop YET AGAIN & being told nothing about why this even happened in the 1st place I was finally reunited with my vehicle a week later with ZERO explanation why only 1½ bolts were partially fastened to the mount. No explanation. No apology. No acknowledgment of the mechanic's failure to put 4 bolts in their place & finish the job. Nothing. If you're considering having this place repair your vehicle and have ANY other option I would STRONGLY consider that other option."
