"The customer service received from “Kaih” was very kind and professional. I had come through the drive-through and their application scanner was still not working. Kaih offered options to assist without the extra steps of parking and coming in. He was very kind knowing I was in a hurry and solved the problem quickly. Excellent customer service is hard to find. It was comforting to know that it does still exist. Well done and thank you Kaih!"
"I have absolutely had it with this starbucks. I have gone multiple times to this location and my drinks are 9/10 times made wrong. I always get a pink drink, the easiest and quickest thing to make on the menu and yet it isn’t mixed when I am given the drink, they usually have forgotten some part of my order and it takes ages to get said drink. Today alone, they remade just about every drink in the drive through for about 4 cars in front of me and when I realized my drinks were wrong, I just left because I didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it. Needless to say, the worst starbucks location in the chesterfield/wildwood area. You won’t get your money’s worth and it is a huge waste of time."
"This was my 1st & final experience at the Wildwood location. Rude, unorganized, took over a 1/2 hour & staff could care less. Don't waste your time. There are many other comparable if not better choices in the area."
