"My turbo went out and Michael talked me into doing a turbo conversion kit in which would eliminate me needing a turbo. He also said I would need to tune my truck. Well two tunes later and his “supplier” that he gets his tunes from keeps giving him bad tunes. Over 12 months, two tunes and thousands of dollars later I still don’t have a truck that runs right. Per our last conversation Michael proceeds to tell me he doesn’t need my business, we’ll of course not he’s already been paid for all the work that’s been done, and that I need to call the manufacturer of the times myself?!? Like these people know who I am. Extremely disappointed in the work and backlash I received for trying to get my truck to perform the way I was promised and what I paid for! Had to leave a one star rating because I couldn’t leave a zero star"

"I have to say these guys are probably the best service I have ever had. I was on the side of the road on a Sunday and had to have my truck towed along with my camper to their shop a week ago. I purchased a truck less than a month ago and they took the time to talk to the dealership to help me out and get some of my services they provided paid for. They didn't have to do that, but they did and it was greatly appreciated. I was very happy with the services they provided. I have no complaints. I would even drive the 2 1/2 hours to have them work on my truck again. You can't get service like that just anywhere!"

"KC Performance Diesel provided excellent service for my Nissan Pathfinder. I was recommended by a friend when my car's transfer case had failed. I was skeptical of the name because my car was not diesel but I figured what is the harm in calling to check. They were able to fix my car for less than half the price as my previous mechanic had quoted. Service was quick once I gave the green light to proceed with the repair. I felt my service guy did a great job explaining the mechanics behind what a transfer case was and how the failure occurred in the first place. The owner (I think) was kind enough to meet me after normal business hours to pick up my car. How's that for awesome?!? I have found myself a new mechanic for all my future needs. Let's hope I don't need them again."
