"we just left there 30 minutes ago with our food, i don't know what happened but the food was nasty. the beef lo-main noodles was dry, the beef was cold. the three dishes we ordered was cold and didn't taste anything like it did 2 weeks ago. it will take a lot for me to go back and spend 40 bucks on cold unflavored food."
"The lobby still is closed, pulled into the drive through to the speaker. Was told to drive to the Window. Sat there for over 10 minutes before they would take my order. I ended up having to knock on the window. To get their attention because they were inside eating instead of taking care of the customers. It's a shame that their customer service skills suck because they have decent food."
"Absolutely love the food, I've been coming here weekly for two years. I order the same thing every week. The last three weeks I've had a woman be so rude to me. Tonight I screwed my order up I guess. I asked her to fix it when I got to window. She said "nope Can't, it's already made. So I told her to have a goodnight and left. I will not spend another dime at you establishment. And think about that, 21.70 cents for two years.i couldn't imagine if I told my customers. "Nope cant"....."
