At our Springfield location, we now offer Bigger Better Breakfast bundle options for groups of 8-10 people. You can order a variety of delicious items such as biscuits and gravy, meat and potatoes, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and more from our catering page.
While we do not take advanced reservations, you can join our waitlist to Get-In-Line prior to your visit. If you have any allergies, please inform a manager so we can take extra precautions while preparing your meal.
You can purchase The Big Biscuit E-Gift cards or physical gift cards in any of our restaurants. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards, as they are treated like cash.
Community involvement is important to us, and we have a cap on the number of donations we offer per location. We give preference to groups affiliated with our team members and their families. "There was no soap in the bathroom although there was an enormous sign stating all employees must wash their hands before returning to work. I'm just thankful that our waiter was a man and praying that the men's room was stocked with soap... Gross"
"This was our first visit to Springfield, Mo in a long time and wanted to try something new in food, so we went to The Big Biscuit. We were not disappointed, we did have to wait about 15 minutes to be seated as it's a very popular place and they seemed to be under staffed, but as soon as we were seated we were properly taken care of. The food was a little pricey, but was really good and you got plenty, the service was great. I recommend"

"30 min wait on a Sunday 11 am brunch rush was awesome. I don’t even think we waited that long. Great staff and food came out hot, quick and made just right. This is officially my personal favorite breakfast spot. The bottomless $3 coffee was actually really good. I’ll be back to try their entire menu everything looked amazing."
"I really enjoyed this place. The decor and atmosphere made the dining experience great! The waitress was very nice. We did not have a long wait for Sunday after church time. I ordered the French toast breakfast and it was so good! My friend ordered the frozen iced latte drink. The food came out in a timely manner and overall we had a great experience. Prices were reasonable and portion size was good!"
