Applebee's Grill + Bar

"We arrived at 6: 20pm and was told we would have a 15 to 20 minute wait. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even take our name because they couldn't find the tablet and then the tablet didn't work so then they just wrote our name down. After waiting 35 to 40 minutes we were seated. I was dining with two grandchildren. The waitress was friendly and took our drink order and after we got our drink order the three of us went to the restroom and while we were gone our table was best in all of our drinks disappeared even though our three coats were on the back of three chairs. The waitress had to bring new drinks. The kitchen was incredibly slow. We waited 45 minutes for the two kids meals and then the adult meal but I was served was absolutely nothing that I had ordered. I was served my order after both my grandkids had finished eating. We had to ask for napkins because none were provided. Needless to say, the kitchen was incredibly slow and multiple tables around us were complaining about the speed of service and the manager even comped a large table of people near us. The waitress was very apologetic but the lack of speed and efficiency in the kitchen was out of her control. A couple of times she came by her table to tell us it would just be one more minute and then it would be 5 or 10 more minutes and then she would say she really promises that it's just another minute and then it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. The food was good that we received but the kitchen service was horrid. There were empty tables when we arrived and many empty tables when we left so it wasn't a situation of the kitchen being completely overrun with orders even though it was a Friday night. We arrived at 6:20 p.m. We didn't leave till 8:05 p.m. We shouldn't have this kind of experience when all we ordered was two kids meals and a chicken wrap with fries."

"The most horrific experience. I have ordered from them recently and the first time perfect. The second time, pretty bad. This third time, a nightmare. Ordered well done streak - it was pink and squishy and gross. Ordered garlic mashed potato’s as my two sides, received broccoli instead of my second order of mashed potatoes. Fluid from the steak all over the entire bag and comtainer (second time this has happened). Pasta did not come with the breadstick. Ordered extra dipping sauce, did not get it. Dipping sauce I did get, was 1/4 to 1/3 full in those tiny plastic ramekins. And after all that, as always, their food was cold. It makes me sad because I really enjoyed their food. But this is a nightmare. I don’t work hard to have a nice meal and it just be horrible. Their food is too expensive to begin with. Beware of this location. Save yourself some time, anger, and sadness and go to cheddars or chilis near there. This Applebees is just uncaring and doesn’t care about the food that leaves their kitchen. Or the hard earned money you spend to have a nice meal from them. Beware!!"

"We had a horrible experience tonight at Applebee's. Our server forgot to enter our appetizer order, it took 45 minutes to get our food, I had to ask for ranch for my wings when the table next to us got dipping sauces without even having to ask. In fact, the same table were on their third round of unlimited wings by the time we got our entrees. And they were seated only a few minutes before us. And was served by the same waitress. Our waitress was very attentive to all other tables except us. And I had to ask her twice for my one and only refill of a drink. Totally unacceptable. Our date night was ruined."

"Worst service I've had. Had 10 people in our group ordered 5 appetizers, 10 entrées, 8 drinks, with 10 drinks with the appetizers. Steaks didn't come out right, 9 entrées came out which we expected to have to wait but the 10th entrée didn't come out until we where getting the checks. Which that was messed up. Had to send that back 4 times just to get that right when we finally got that sorted the manager called the cops for us not paying the bill. Which we did have our receipts that showed we payed for our food minus the appetizers we never received. Not only did we have bad service, no hospitality, but we also got banned from the restaurant because of an incompetent staff. I will never eat at this site again."

"Super slow service. Barely saw our waitress. The alcohol drink wasn't even mixed. When the food finally came over an hour later, half of it was cold and the other half was missing. It looked like it had sat in the back for 30 mins. If I hadn't said anything that's what I would have had to eat. I don't recommend and won't be coming back."
