"So I'm from Chicago originally and I cannot tell you how many Asian restaurants this place reminds me of. Kids in the booth, waiting on Mom, Mom, fighting burnout, taking care of everything/one with class. Food was good, enough for two people. For sure stood by and eat here. The reminder of home is what stands out in my memory of this place."

"I placed an order for Szechuan chicken and beef lo mein via GrubHub delivery. The price was reasonable, which was a plus. However, the food experience was a bit disappointing. I'd rate it 3/5. The beef lo mein was below average, overcooked, and the flavors weren't well-balanced. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the lo mein, but I hope other menu items might be better."
"It was lunchtime, even so service was quick. I ordered the House Special Mei Fun (shrimp, chicken and pork), excellent!! The amount of food was more than generous. They have lunch ($7.95) and dinner ($9.95) specials that includes rice, soup and egg roll. I will definitely be back."
"Tried out Asian Hut on my search for steamed dumplings in Springfield, MO! They’re really nothing like traditional dumplings but they are steamed, the wrapping is deliciously thin, and the filling and sauce are A+! The crab rangoon was fine, no different than any other place in Springfield. And the Sweet & Sour chicken came out with the sauce separately. The chicken was fine and sauce was like what you’d expect. My biggest complaint is they don’t have any real dishes here, you know? Plates… real cups? Silverware? It’s all styrofoam and plastic. SO wasteful (unless you’re a to-go customer … this really should change) and the food is hot so it was challenging to eat with a plastic spoon. Really a bummer cause the food was pretty good. Otherwise I really enjoyed the steam dumplings here and would highly recommend."
