Upon receiving my order, I discovered there was only one biscuit instead of two. When I questioned this, one of the employees outright lied, insisting the deal included only one biscuit."
"I always have to ask for fresh food. Although the manager is cool with fixing the problem, I shouldn't have to playfully ask for fresh food every time. It's like they fry up a bunch of food and sit it under the heat lamps."
"I usually look forward to buying popeye's once a week and I. Usually go to this location as well. Today was a horrible experience. There were multiple employees walking around doing nothing. The drive through line was way backed up. I stood at the front counter for about 25 minutes without anyone helping me. Once I received my food, I get in a car. I leave, I go home and I get all the way home. And the chicken is so overcooked that it's basically nothing but batter the chicken inside is Was way overcooked so when I bit into the chicken the skin was tough and tasted like burnt oil..and the meat inside was so dried out i was not edible ..there goes 12.00 out the window to endure horrible service and Disgusting food .. So now I'm having to leave the house and go. Get something else to eat in order to have mail for dinner..this Restaurant keeps getting worse and worse. Whoever is managing it needs to step up and get this restaurant back in order the way it used to be.."
"Ordered my food online with the app and was not happy with what they gave me. Chicken looks old and burnt. Also ordered spicy and they gave me regular. Very disappointed!"
"Now I remember why I Don’t go to Popeyes… they are always out of something and don’t do butter and honey for the biscuits anymore and you can order a family meal and they charge you 42 cents plus tax for each one. The chicken pieces are small and ll breading. I’ll take my chances at kfc next time. At least they aren’t rude."
