"Ordered and paid for two salads on walk-in (take-out) order. Got home and only one salad. Called and spoke with manager who couldn't deliver a replacement but could mail a coupon to receive a replacement. Asked for comp of an additional salad coupon given inconvenience and poor service, but manager wouldn't do it. She offered a free cookie or brownie to compensate. Pretty poor response leaving a bad impression on my first visit to this location. Conclusion: poor training, poor quality control, and lack of care for customer."
"At first I was like awesome they have a location on the North side of town. I walked in and was like are you kidding me. Cannot access the restrooms have some sort of freaking pin pad code thing where you cannot access them. And they are still serving breakfast at 10:30. Overall chickfila is a favorite of mine but this location has totally disappointed me."
"The team has a little work to do to handle how busy it is. They thought this was a nice size for the North side, and as predicted, they need a larger space. We're so glad to have CFA on the North side, so let's get this up to a 5 star!"
"Chick-fil-A has finally come to the north side! It's been torturous driving by, looking on as the construction workers SLOWLY (in my opinion) worked. But it's finally here! Of course, the daughter wanted to go on opening day, so we did. Austin did a great job on the register, Faith came by and gave us a sticker as she checked on us, and the kitchen had our order finished and to our table before I could get seated! I know there will be growing pains, and things will not always go so perfectly. But for opening night, for the HB and fam, they knocked it out of the park! And as you can see, these folks in the picture were just as happy as we are that Chick-fil-A came to the north side of Springfield."
"I came here on opening day with a few friends and we had a wonderful experience. Even before we walked through the door, we were greeted by an employee. We got our food very quickly and it all tasted delicious! It was very clean inside and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were even able to see the raising of the American flag at the location and that was a really cool experience. It’s great to have a Chick Fil A available here in the north side of Springfield, and I will be returning here soon!"
