"I HIGHLY recommend!!!! From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but as soon as you walk in it is as if you’ve been transported out of the country. The service is so friendly and inviting it felt like we were at a friend’s home. And the food is top notch! You can tell the chef’s are passionate and value great quality and excellence, because you can taste it through the food. We had a dinner box w/ bulgogi & a Bulgogi dinner (12oz meat). We couldn’t believe how delicious every single item was! And coupled with the atmosphere..it is so relaxing and peaceful we left their feeling like we had just went to a spa. Seriously. It was our first visit and there will be many more trips to Wakyoto Japanese Restaurant in the future!"

"The spicy ramen was delicious and all the other dishes my family shared were exceptional. The only disappointment I had was living 5 hours away from this great restaurant."

"This was a very good sushi spot in the middle of an area we wouldn’t expect good sushi. The staff are super nice and friendly. The miso soup is just right not too salty. The rolls are wonderfully! We highly recommend the Alaskan Roll. We got it twice."

"When we first came in it was a long wait and they are understaffed but they are hiring if you're interested. Besides that the food was really good and the service was good it looked like they only had two servers at the time but they were doing a really good job for just running the place on their own. I was able to get part of the menu but nit everything so I apologize for that."

"Very much a hidden gem hole in the wall restaurant. The service was top notch, the food was incredible! Absolutely recommend the eggrolls, they arent quite what you would expect! I will say the only downside to this place is the adjoining suite is a nail salon, and you can smell a faint hint of nail polish remover, however you get accustomed to it quickly. Absolutely would recommend!"
