"If your going to be a karaoke bar then why have a video between every singer??? No our cup of tea. Been here a few times and both were this way. Dj and management drunk or high or both as well. Won't be back."

"My friends and I went for a late night drink, we did not eat. Great atmosphere it was only Tuesday night so it wasn't super busy but there was a good handful or two of people in there everybody was laughing and talking having a good time The place was clean and the bathroom was clean. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends or family. The only thing I could say is a critique is that the bartender could sharpen her skills slightly her drinks were fine and she was probably tired it was at the end of the night but she needs to make a little more eye contact with people that are waiting to let them know she acknowledges them but she's just busy and a few other things I like that I noticed but she made great drinks and was nice and like I said she was probably tired it was towards the end of the night but I'll definitely be going back again."
"I made a mistake and caused a problem with another male customer. I left so the employees could resolve the situation. About 20 minutes later I called the bar asking if I could come back and close my tab and tip the bartender. When I returned customers ran me off even after I told them all I wanted to do was tip the bartender and leave. They told me there will be a 20% gratuity. Tipping such a small amount after spending several hours at the bar is an insult to myself and the bartender. Earlier in the night I tipped the DJ $40. I like his music choice between karaoke singers. The bartender would have received at least that much. My total tab was at most $80 (That is close to the most I have ever spent at the bar. On a single night. Excluding tips) the “Jenna customers” are still harming the bar.Without them you may get a few more like me and a few big spender’s. My tips make it worth while for your employees to work there. If they outspend and out tip me then I understand but I really doubt it. Im really mad that customers not employees prevented me from leavening a reasonable tip for August. I really like August"
