"It never fails when you drive thru Burger King. The same exact order is a different price depending on which employee is working drive thru. For example, I believe I ordered a whopper with cheese value meal and wanted to make it a combo with large onion rings instead of regular size and I wanted the drink to be large instead of the size normally included with a combo. The employee said that would be $15 I said to the employee that it can't be right the correct amount should have been $13.19 for what I described above...she proceeds to tell me it was how I ordered it that made it $15 my order didn't change I believe why it was $15 is because she entered every item individually and not rung up as a large combo so word to the wise pay attention everywhere to make sure this doesn't happen to you. She tried to charge me a little over $2. Just think about how much extra money they are collecting if that happens with every order. That's a huge chunk of change! Just saying"
"I have been coming here since this location opened. Today at 5 I went thru drive-thru. It took longer than normal, but thought the food would be fresh. Nope, the burger tasted like it had sat around awhile and was luke warm and the tea tasted soured. I poured the tea out and only able to take a couple of bites of burger. I'll come back and try one more time. I was disappointed."
"Hats off to Mallory for being awesome. I had a mobile order yesterday they couldn’t fulfill all of because they were out of stock of the cookies at the time, but they were accommodating in every way possible to me since I didn’t like any of the other desserts to have substituted it with. She was so kind and I can’t appreciate it enough."
"All I wanted was the right food. And they had to get ‘even’. I hope you feel satisfied with yourself. This was gross, mustard, literally gushing out of the sides"
"I had to wipe my seat off before I sat down to eat. Chicken was not fresh or hot. Staff was lovely. Food came out fast. My husband forgot to ask for his burger to be made to his liking and they replaced it for him without hesitation."
