"Sadly an update is in order. Only 4 months later, I had the same damage and they seem a different company. No one I talked to before still works there (seems a bad sign) lady on the phone was curt and abrupt, they don't want to even take my car for 2+ weeks and to quote the lady on the phone "Call around and see what else you can find before I start anything in the computer'. Beware customer, you never know what "Caliber" you'll be dealing with. I did leave the old 5 Star review because it was true then, just be sure and ask all the right questions and be prepared for slow going. Absolutely the best! Very impressive people and the "Caliber" of there work is excellent. Trust them with your repair needed."
