"I had purchased a battery 27 months ago with a 3 year warranty. Over the sub-zero temperatures recently my battery went completely dead- the fob wouldn’t even work! After AAA jumped it, I drove to Bonner Springs’ O’Reillys and it was replaced for free , no questions asked! The young man was fast and friendly. They certainly earned my loyalty!"

"Came in here earlier today - I was in the middle of a fight with my girlfriend and had to get a radiator to replace the one in my truck. It was pricier than expected - however the AMAZING employees here did what they could to help me out and I'm expressly grateful. I must apologize to them as I was in the midst of an argument and didn't show them the proper gratitude for what they did for me at the time - but just FYI, the people who work here are really good people. God bless them. Would recommend this location without a doubt!!!"

"It's been my experience in the past that you have to go at least three times to O'Reilly's to get the right part this time was different salesman seem knowledgeable they had the right part the first time but it seemed like he kept trying to upsell me on other stuff that I didn't necessarily need"
