"Straight garbage today rice was dry, chicken was hard egg role cold guy with glasses that's worked in back of kitchen will not order there anymore have been eating there for about 5 yes and I'm really tired of him and his attitude several people have complained on him nothing ever done . also they hand u tilted bags your sauvy leaks out and he blames it on the customer says it there fault he is a joke no more of several people $$$ that cook is a joke this happened today Sunday 2/ 13/ 2024 we will not recommend or be back and it was only 1 customer eat at the time so it was not busy it was 11:15"
"Hong Kong is one of my favorite Chinese sit down restaurants in Springfield the food is always hot and fresh and cooked to order the staff is always nice, friendly and helpful when I have questions when im trying a new dish. The restaurant is always clean and no problems finding a clean table. Restrooms are always clean. You can't go wong when you are in the mood for Chinese food and they have more then one location to serve you.. Oh yeah their prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get and they offer a smaller portion as well as a larger portion... Let your appetite be your guide"
"Worker didn’t even close the container to one of my orders so sauce spilt everywhere in the bag. The order taker was rude and unprofessional. I still prefer the sunshine location."
"My go to place for cashew chicken when i come down from Kansas City. Egg rolls are crispy and tasty and the cashew chicken is just right; not too large and very crispy. the sauce is excellent as well. The place is clean."
"Delicious! Hong Kong Inn is the best Springfield style cashew chicken! This was our first time traveling this location, but we are familiar with the brand… Our other/ go to Hong Kong location was closed today. Glad we didn’t have to settle for some “off brand”.haha! Thank you for GOODness!"
