"Very pleased with the Dollar General today. I stopped going there months ago because you could not get your cart down the isles. I left the store without buying anything on many occasions because the store was so cluttered that I could not even get through the isles. I was very impressed by the store today. There were no supplies in the isles waiting to be put up. I will definitely be going back!"
"The manager Kim is wonderful. Always helpful and smiling and working so hard. The store is always nice and neat and stocked up. Things are easy to locate.The staff is always easy to find and very friendly. Prices are always reasonable. There are so many options which when you live in a small town and only have 2 -3 stores is Huge. I am there atleast 3-4 times a week"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is somewhat cramped for space. Its always clean though not always so tidy. Good selection of products. However, you have to watch the prices and sometimes do a little math in your head to make sure you're getting a good deal. And I thank you very kindly, indeed."
"I was disappointed with the service received. I tried using the Dollar General app and Digital Coupons for the first time. It was very time consuming, especially making sure I did everything correctly. I got to the register and it didn't work. The cashier was unsure of how to fix it and asked for a coworker to come help. She was not very knowledgeable either and basically told me I was out of luck. I had a huge line behind me and was completely embarrassed as I had to put many items back and help up the line. Their response when I left was "hope we get it fixed". Yea... me too. Or you at least should have honored my coupons considering I had my phone right in front of you... disappointed"
