"2nd time i used this car wash self bay and again my truck dried off and looks filthy still with dirt streaks. Soap too thick or something. If that is not bad enough, THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR MONEY BY USING THEIR CARD METHOD!! After wash, it said it charged $6.25 which was too much for short time. THEY RIPPED MY ACCOUNT FOR $10. I WILL BE VISITING BACK AND IF NOT REIMBURSED FULLY, I WILL FILE BBB REPORT!!"

"The vacuum was great worked great. I used a credit card, first time there. 7 min vacuum was $10 . I really Don't think it was $10 worth of vacuum . But worked as intended & was convenient"

"Been there 4 times. Automatic wash does not do a good job (my car left dirty 3 times), but the self wash bays and vacuums are good. Edit: Talked to owner on the phone. He made it right. I know now it's not always the carwash's fault. Going to try the soft touch and get my car cleaned on a weekly basis instead of waiting so long between washes."
