"Never Even thought to look at return policy because most stores will refund you within two days with a non-worn article of clothing and a receipt but buyers beware. You will not be getting your money back if you change your mind.... in store or exchange only! Not a good return policy in my opinion!"

"I ordered a LV cowhide purse and the email I got said to would take 3 weeks. Well it has been six and I finally got it today. After I have called over the past 3 weeks wondering where it was. No one hardly ever answers the phone. I’ve called 20 something times over the past 3 weeks and have gotten and answer only 3 time. Come to find out they didn’t even have the purse in store and someone else made it and shipped it to me. They had no clue what was going on with the purse. Now I have it but it has a gash in the LV strip."

"I want to start out by saying everyone I have talked to has been extremely nice and so far easy to work with! I have a complaint that I would like to report because I feel as if maybe they aren’t taking the time to care for there customers! I have bought close to $1000.00 worth of merchandise from this company and one of the pieces of merchandise is a LV beanie! First off they advertise it takes 2 to 3 weeks do to customize. It was over 4 weeks! I called the gentleman said he would call me back! He never did! I called again and the lady stated she thought mine was part of the shipment but did not know! I finally talked to a lady and she told me when it shipped! I got it today and I was sent the wrong color!!!! I called! Guess what? I got the guy that I talked to before that was supposed to have called me back! I told him I was supposed to get color#10 not 8! He says o everyone has gone home today, it is only 3:30! Then he says they will be out of the office all next week! Isn’t that convenient! So I finally get the beanie before winter is over only for it to be the wrong color! Now I guess since there isn’t much choice I wear it or I can wait another 4 weeks and take the chances it won’t be right, because I don’t think they really care!!!! Just bad customer service and experience!"

"I absolutely LOVE all the things I’ve gotten from Marble Gypsy! Soft tees, cute shoes, and jeans to die for! I’ve had to return 1 pair of jeans because I picked the wrong size. Everything is shipped quickly. AND they worked with my husband via phone calls when he was buying Christmas gifts!!!"
