"We always come here. The people are lovely and super helpful. Stop by the main Tanger office for a coupon book. Hanes always has a coupon in it. They also stand by what they sell so returns aren't a problem. If they don't have the color or size in stock, they will order it for you with no shipping charges."
"My wife bought $200 worth of garments there on Black Friday. She decided to return them today. Everything still in the same bag, all tags on them.. all unused. She had the receipt. She lost her debit card today. When she tried to return the items she was told that she could not do so with out the debit card. The lady told her that they have that policy because people steal items and try to return them for cash. SHE HAD THE RECEIPT. Their "policy" had nothing to do with stealing in this case..SHE HAD THE RECEIPT. So after a 1 1/2 hour drive one way she left with items that she cannot return. So.. they think my wife stole these items AND created a receipt to pull off her master plan. She will never return to this business. I would give zero stars if I could. Great policy folks. You drove away a customer for life. And we will go out of our way to tell people not to shop there."
