"I manage a retail store in Branson and i’ve lived here my whole life so I know how busy the holidays are. With that said a business cannot expect good results and happy customers if you tell them their BOPIS orders aren’t ready because “we don’t do them on saturdays” if you don’t do them, make sure your website has that listed instead of the “will be ready in 2 hours” that it says. With proper staffing you’re not “too busy” to grab two already paid for items and put them into a bag."
"I went in looking for swimsuits and I have a hard time finding tops that fit because I am Farley large chested and it can get discouraging shopping when nothing fits. That’s when Natalie helped me. As someone who gets anxious shopping she made the experience fun and easy. She did an amazing job helping me and showing me what worked! She 100% deserves a raise or something because she is truly an angel! She is so kind and a very hard worker!"
"wasn’t greeted at all when i entered. didn’t feel welcome at all as the staff looked at me like i didn’t belong in the store or something. when i tried asking a question one of the associates turned away from me and ignored me. i really love aerie and i expected so much better!!"
"My go to store. Boutique quality experience every time! Every team member is friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful. The entire store and dressing rooms are well organized and taken care of. I will not say how much money I spent this time, but it was hard not to buy everything I tried it on with how great my overall experience was. I’m obsessed with the quality and fit of everything I purchased. Leilani, Kali and their team know what they are doing."
"I was so impressed with this store. From the moment I walked in I felt special. The staff were so friendly and so attentive. The items were stocked and clearly marked for pricing. And wow, the clearance area was stocked with bras as much as 70% off! The bathing suits were 60% off! I spent over an hour just in the clearance room. The dressing rooms were open and the staff were happy to help with sizing changes if needed. All in all this was a great experience!"
