"I went in a couple of times after work to look for new living room furniture. I wasn't dressed the best because of coming from work. I mention this because I feel it compromised the assistance I received. I had to ask for a salesperson each time instead of one offering to help me, I was finally told on my last visit that perhaps I should find a store closer to me and that the HomeStretch sofa I was looking to purchase was the exact same one that another customer was possibly coming to purchase that upcoming weekend. My 2nd visit to this store was my last, I ended up buying from another Westco location and was treated very well, so well I ended up buying additional items from the Westco in Miami. I will not be back at the Grove location!"
"I had a little bit of a issue because of a bedset that I had ordered and was on back order for a few months so I had decided that I was going to purchase a bedset from someone else , and they suggested that I look at something else that they did have in stock that I would. Be able to get delivered, come to find out. The bed said that they had was nicer than the one that I picked out. The delivery drivers were very professional and kind. They put everything together and set it all up and took all the trash with them and cleaned up after them. It was a great experience. , I will have return business with westco."
