"What a nightmare trying to get support from this company. I ordered a stone called "midnight" that was shown to have a grey tint. The stones I received were clear with maybe a slight hint of white...not grey at all. So I contacted customer service and didn't hear back for two weeks. After following up, I finally got an email response from Kyla Jenkins asking for the order number and another email asking to send a picture of the front of the bag that had writing on it. I provided it and several days went by with no response again. I followed up yet again, and just got "We filled your order as requested.". No explaining as to why there was such a huge color difference, no offer to exchange, nothing. I was clearly sent a product that did not look like the one advertised and will now just have to toss them I guess. That's what I get for ordering from some random website, which I now see has poor google reviews. Don't order from this place....keep looking."

"I’ve ordered several times from this company. Today I checked my emails to see where my package was since I paid for 2 day air. And it was scheduled for delivery on Friday when it should have been here today (Wednesday). For a product that needs to ship. I called Dreamtime to see if they could do anything about the shipping time. They had to call me back after reaching out to their shipping provider. They were SO EASY and AMAZING to deal with. I’m so happy with the customer service with this company. They offered over night shipping. I cannot express my happiness that they would do that for me. It is really appreciated!!!"

"I received an email about a week after placing my order stating that they could not fill the entire order and offered a sub of a completely different color. I emailed back SAME DAY and stated that the sub would not work for the very specific purpose which I purchased the stones. I offered several subs that would work, but asked for a refund if they could not fulfill the order. I never received a response but instead received a bunch of “sub” items in a color that I no longer need due to them not having the size that I originally ordered. All of the items that I ordered are either damaged or were previously stored improperly and unusable. All of the cabochons are scratched and have what looks like rust on the back of them that shows through when they’re in the setting, the acrylic stones all have broken corners from what looks like a poor mold pour, and again…now I have triple what I ordered in a color that I have no use for. On top of all of this…I live 3.5 hours away from the store and it took 3 weeks to receive my INCORRECT order. Now I have to pay both return shipping and a restock fee to return their faulty product. I will NEVER order from Dreamtime Creations again, nor will I recommend anyone else does."

"Like other recent reviewers, I was also originally happy to purchase from here. I bought an empty cup bracelet and the stones to fill it. The first time the bracelet was worn, it fell off and was lost. The clasp was faulty. I replied to every email the company sent and any email I could find online. I even had to place a second order to replace the original pieces and when they called me about substituting an item (it was out of stock even though the website did not indicate this so they replaced it with a more expensive item), I told them how hard I had been trying to get some resolution. I wanted to know if the manufacturer offered any refund or if they’d had the problem before. Or if it was just the one error. They took my info and asked for a photo of the broken bracelet (it was lost, so no, I could not show a photo of the faulty item) and told me they’d pass it to a supervisor. It’s been a month and still nothing. I bought the bracelet from another source to make sure I didn’t end up with another cheap and faulty piece. Congrats guys, you got me to buy from you again. But that’s not a compliment."
