"Dined in on a Wednesday evening. Ordered the Corned Beef Rueben Sandwich meal with Crinkle cut fries. What I got was grilled Corned Beef with the dressing, without the sauerkaut or cheese and overcooked Curly fries. Definitely not worth the $12. I live in the area and will not be going back to that Arby's. I'd rather drive 45 mins to Joplin to get my favorite sandwich in the future."
"If I could have given zero stars, I would have. The food had such an off taste, I couldn’t even eat it. I had to throw it out. The fries tasted like the oil had never been changed. There was no carbonation in the drinks. Got all of this at the bargain price of over $25. Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been too. Don’t waste your money."
"May have just been an off night, but 1.5 hours before closing time, they were out of my first and second choices for my meal. Normally, I'm able to get my request without issue, so this is not the standard service I usually receive. I will be back."
"Thank you for prompt service & food! We went to Taco Bell, but after sitting there waiting for food for 30 minutes, we got a refund & went here. Taco Bell waits in all app & mobile orders first, then drive thru, then patrons who are looking them in the face get waited on last. So far that's not happening here, so this will be my go to place now. Thank you for recognizing me as a customer just as important as anyone else."
"First off I'll have to say I waited in line for 20 minutes while the manager was just standing there looking at the line, that's very bad business. 2Nd thing is I ordered the loaded Mac and cheese I finally gotten my order after waiting 10 minutes and my order was still frozen, it looked like something I would feed a pig because it was sloped. How can you serve something like this to people? This is very unprofessional. I took it back and told them."
