"Came in at 8:30pm to order and was still standing in line without my order being taken at 8:50pm. Spoke to the ladies waiting for food and they said they had been there since 8pm waiting. I cannot imagine any fast food restaurant taking over 20 minutes to even place an order and not even being recognized or acknowledged, but then having to wait almost an hour for the food. Think that just killed it for me and Taco Bell, as this was the 2nd time in a week this now happened."

"The longest wait I’ve ever had for fast food. One time waited 50 minutes for food I ordered in the app. I canceled and was still charged. Customer service never returned my message for a refund. I love Taco Bell but this one is the worst. Not even feasible. If you see that the line is short, it’s only because the locals know it’s not fast and it’s not worth it. 50 minutes is nothing compared to some other folks’ wait times"

"Wasn't much room for ordering inside. Ordering was fine, price was expected. Wait time outlasted lunchtime. Was told door dash was more important and drivethru was backed up. 3-5 business days for a refund. Went to pizza hut saved money and was satisfied within 10 minutes."

"Wish you could do zero stars. Hopefully the owners will read these reviews and possibly make a change. Constant waits over 30 minutes, drive-thru or if you order inside. Workers have the worst attitude towards paying customers I’ve seen. Nothing worse than waiting over 30 mins at a “fast” food restaurant just to get home and realize your order is disgustingly wrong. Do better."

"The food was great, however the wait was abnormally long for being the only customers inside. We also did not get our drink cups until I asked for them upon receiving the food. This is an older store with a few up to date features like the kiosks. I won't fault the employee sitting inside with us for not getting our drinks as she was on break, but no one else bothered. Again, food was great; we had special orders and they came out as expected. From a former Taco Bell FoH employee, thank you for what you do and keep working to exceed your goals. Being said, please ask about drinks when someone makes a kiosk order."
