"We ate lunch here a couple days ago for the first time and they were pretty busy but we waited on two meals for 40 mins. Once we got our food, we were missing a couple things from our plates. Waitresses were a bit rude in my opinion, even to other customers. All the food had a burnt taste to it also and it wasn’t a good burnt taste. Definitely not what I expected this place to be like and honestly probably won’t be going back. I’m not a person to put reviews up often especially bad ones but this place was disappointing after a long day at their pumpkin patch."

"My meal of Shepherds pie was dry. I guess I just expected more gravy in it. My husband's Fish and Chips was looking good. He said the Chips, which were fries, coated in some kind cheddar seasoning. 3 small cod strips. Small tub of slaw and same size tarter sauce. Pictures attached. The waitress, Kathy, was very pleasant and helpful to us. She was very attentive to anything we needed. It was not busy at all here on a Wednesday. Hard to get to by Google maps. Only a few parking places. It has a great design on the interior and that is rustic. Food was fast getting out which made me wonder. But over all I would suggest it if you have larger pockets then we do. The place was suggested to us as a good place to dine in the evening. I'm sorry I could not give more stars but food needs to be fresher and if you give customer salad you need to let them have dressing for it."

"The food was really poor. Overpriced for the food you get. The mashed potatoes tasted metallic and sour. My wife couldn't eat her meal. It was really bad. My bacon wrapped meatloaf was reheated in a pan and tasted like it was rethawed and old. 5 hours later, we both got abdominal cramping, nausea and diarrhea. We ended up with gastroenteritis, from the food here. The only thing that was good here, was the hillbilly fries."

"Absolutely delicious food! Helpful & friendly staff make u feel at home. Atmosphere was so relaxing, nice & cool on a hot summers day. Connected buildings allow you to move from one to the other in air conditioned comfort. I highly recommend Shepherd's Mill Restaurant and will keep coming back!"
