"Husband took our 7 yr old in after 11 am today. Donut case empty. 3 employees standing around. Nobody in restaurant. Nobody even acknowledge them. When I spoke to manager...rachelle..I beleive is what she said...she said they were very busy and had the nerve to hang up on me. When I called back she didn't even apologize. Will never take my child or family in there again. As I asked for corporates number...they gave me an automated insurance company and now I'm getting random calls."
"I have given them three chances in the last week. I have ordered iced coffee three times and they screwed it up three times. They are terribly slow and unorganized. One of the girls asked me to repeat my order four times. She couldn’t find the correct buttons on the screen and took about two full minutes to ring it up and still screwed it up. I’m not going back."
"I wrote a 1 star review a couple years ago. Since then the entire staff has changed and I've noticed a huge improvement in the quality of customer service. The staff here truly care about improving the reputation of what dunkin used to be."
"Went in for a cold brewed coffee cream is very sweet and the coffee is popping with flavor. Nice coffee selection the witch to choose from that you could take to your home for enjoyment. While you're here, be sure to join the Duncan's reward club for some added bonuses. Have a seat. Enjoy a cup of brew and stream and charge your phone while you're here."
"Love the donuts here. They do need to add a bit more staff- if more than a couple people are here they cN be slow but it's usually because they just don't have enough workers! The employees are very polite & helpful. The coffee is good!"
