"Ordered a Chili Cheese Boritto and this is what I received. A wrap that was no bigger than my hand and litterly nothing inside of the shell. This item is $3.59 on the menu and I received a flour tortilla that was smeared with a chili spread like butter. Taco Bell you lost my business. Worse food I have ever received from this location."

"We had to clean a table so we could eat inside. It was busy, and the workers were working hard/quickly and getting food out quickly. The guy at the counter/putting food up was great-very helpful! Miss the $5 boxes but our stuff was great. Surprised they had no booths, just chairs/tables."

"If you want the worst service, food quality, and utter trash for fast food, then go to this location. I have been here numerous times unfortunately, and the last time they couldn't get my order correct. I had to go back to the drive thru THREE times and the manager was rude enough to say "this is the last time I correct your meal". I replied, you haven't corrected it the first time!! You keep giving me the wrong order. So I will never go back to this location. F their management and their staff."

"As someone who eats fast food much more than they should, I can with confidence say that this is the worst Taco Bell in the nation. Over the past couple years I have stopped at this location probably two dozen times or so because it's on my way to work. Out of all those orders I have probably had two or three of them 100% correct. Do not bother paying to upgrade your items with sour cream, steak, etc because you will not receive it. Don't bother trying to withhold things like lettuce or tomatoes because you'll still get them. I have received the entire wrong order, missing items, missing sauce, the wrong drink, etc. Name it and they have messed it up. It's almost impressive really. Also if they for some reason don't detect you're at the drive through, they will instruct you to, "drive around and try again" instead of taking your order at the window. Keep in mind they are located on a four lane road plus turn lane. So cutting back through that with any amount of traffic is unsafe, plus sticks you at the back of the line. I have been a manager and worked headset/drive through for many years at fast food establishments and have never heard anyone suggest to drive back around because the speaker didn't detect them. If I was the franchise owner of this store I would shut it down, let the entire staff go including management, and retrain from the ground up. The location off of West-Bypass never has any of these problems, but I can't speak for the other Springfield locations."
