"It was so unorganized out of a lot things. I had a pick up order. Order on app. Get to store and learned they didn’t have the items or the bread we ordered. Never toasted the sandwhiches, forgot condiments, and no juice. It was one problem after the other and we normally don’t have this huge of an issue"

"Store was clean and I just wanted two drinks ..however when I saw the sandwiches being made for the lady in front of me I was on board. Zach took my order and was so pleasant to talk to he can make you smile with silly jokes while making the food. That's awesome Subway because you can tell your employees take pride in what they do and make because of seeing the food display and the overall appearance throughout the store. Upon his cookie recommendations I did buy 3 chic chip cookies as well as 3 raspberry cheesecake cookies and both were delicious. Thank you Zach for making my day and keep up the great work. I will definitely be back!! Subway keep hiring these great folks because they are the ones who are happy with their jobs otherwise you'd have issues. Highest kudos to Zach!!"

"Subway in Walmart on sunshine, I walked in having a pretty rough day and the sweet associate, Willow, turned my whole day around by just asking how I was doing and listening to me rant for a second. She made my sandwich to perfection and made sure I got all I needed during my visit. She preformed EXCELLENT customer service. That girl needs a raise!"
