"I ordered & paid using their mobile app. Quick service at the drive thru - - gave them my order number, got my receipt, then got my food and I was on my way."
"If I could rate less, I would stores open for another 30 minutes but they’re ignoring me at the window and acting like they’re closed. They messed my food up didn’t put stuff in my bag is the second time I’ve been through and it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had in McDonald’s, and that is saying quite an awful lot. And for any management who might be reading this I’ve probably seen 20 cars pull in and out of this parking lot turned away because this crew wanted to close the store half an hour early. Also, if there’s not a voicemail for you to listen to about this situation, they deleted it in hopes of avoiding any kind of trouble. I don’t leave reviews often, but that crew earned it. I’ve seldom had so many things wrong with my meal."
"Waited in line at Wendy's for over 30 minutes. Decided to leave and came here. In and out in less than 2 minutes. People were nice"
"Pulled in at 10:15 pm, was asked to wait in line 2. Line one placed 3 orders so we asked if we could order. Amber Wilson our server was rude and said we're having issues. We asked if we would be able to order as it was now 10:35 with an 11pm closing. She replied were trying. 2 more orders were placed on lane one and pulled forward. We asked again and Amber said those are online orders, as we were talking lane 1 was taking off onions, no salt on fries, and making a custom order. Amber again was hostile and rude arguing to tell us they weren't taking anymore orders. So disappointing to sit there patiently for 45 minutes to only be treated rude, and with no options to correct their wrong. Amber Wilson was obviously overwhelmed with how busy they was and crashed. The male running lane one was rocking it as cars were ordering and moving forward."
"Went to McDonald's at 10:45 in the evening after I got off work. they were really busy. This young man, Christian, took my order and did a great job. Then I drove it to the window and he took my payment. I drove up to the next window, and he gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward, which I did, and then he brought out my food. They were really short staffed. this young man had the best attitude, the best smile, and gave excellent service, even though he was doing all of the jobs at the windows. I was really impressed. The food was excellent as well. Good job, Christian."
