"Went to the Wendy's off Kearney Sunday evening around 9:30 unfortunately an employee was being picked up by ambulance so I'm sure it threw their night off but everything was wrong with my order I got the wrong drinks (2 of them and taste like a cross between root beer and Diet Coke I don't even know what it is I even double checked with window dude cuz I got the wrong drink somewhere yesterday) they didn't give me receipt they almost didn't even give me some stuff that I ordered it was $36 for three people to eat plus not to mention the amount of time I sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for my food in which was cold and made me late picking up my husband from work almost ran out of gas and I had to go to the bathroom (I'm 7mo pregnate) I tried to call the location to speak to the manager and no one's answering even though they don't close till midnight so definitely not happy maybe it was just an off night but I feel wronged LOL will definitely be calling in the morning to speak to a manager but the two workers I did speak with were kind so that's a plus"

"We went through the drive-thru to grab a kids meal. Christopher was the happiest Wendy's employee I've ever seen! He did a great job and the order was ready very quickly."

"The food is the same as any Wendy's. Nice and hot. However it took a very long time through the drive thru and no one seemed to be in a rush to make things move faster. 15 minutes for a normal drive thru while this was 30 minutes."

"Really want my experience? Wendy's was just the setting. Had a coupon, but it's expired. News-Leader isn't enclosing them anymore. Used an expired one at the counter up on Kearney, let me keep it, but they took at the drive-up at the Wendy's west of here, but my friend was paying and he doesn't like coupons because it makes things complicated. I ordered the $5 biggie bag, asked for a coffee with chocolate as the drink, they wanted to charge $2.50 more, so I dropped it, and asked for a fountain lemonade instead - friend paying got upset, I ended up with no lemonade, but he had take me his coffee, because he thought I told then to drop his regular coffee, tho I told him it was his."

"I had previously gotten wrong orders and talked with the general manager via email. He stated that they were working on speed and accuracy in their orders. I'm here to tell you they are failing miserably. I gave them a few days and ordered again . I got sweet tea when I ordered unsweet. I ordered no salt fries...they were salted. My cheeseburger was supposed to have mustard, onions and tomatoes. Easy right? Apparently not...."
