"No big surprise here. Expensive and 0 taste then for 3 hours you feel like you could possibly die. But the atmosphere was nice. Hopefully we will never have to resort to McDonald's again."
"First, they ignore us at the counter due 5 minutes so we use the kiosk. Then after waiting 20 minutes, but an exaggeration, I ask the manager Micheal why it is taking so long for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 mcchickens. He says drive through and app orders take priority, then says he's too busy to talk me and walks away. The lobby was almost empty, but people in the actual lobby are the lowest priority customers apparently. I thought all customers were a priority, but I guess it's okay to ignore people actually willing to come inside."
"After ordering in the app, the store wouldn’t give my husband our food and made him re order. I called and asked for a manager because we just spent $27 in the app. The General manager screamed at me over the phone! And said unless I came up there and went inside that it’s my problems. She was very unprofessional and unfriendly"
"Shout out to Jayla! She was patient with our tired and indecisive group, and went above and beyond with customer service. Bathrooms and lobby were super clean. Diet Coke was a little bleh here, but probably just on the verge of needing replacing."
"Trash has been here over an hour. That’s unacceptable. Especially when a crew member ignores it not ten feet away cleaning. The McDoubles were way to greasy. Means there sitting in grease in the warmer over regulation time. Means this establishment is not only breaking the law but violating county code and ordinance. Not only a zero. Zero. Get your act together."
