"Today was the 3rd time in a row this place got my order wrong/missing items and it's so old and annoying. The burgers+bacon are so dry and overdone every time. I have to ask them to remake my drink every time because they don't understand "no ice", they don't give sauces, it's just the worst Wendy's in Springfield and I recommend driving a few more minutes to another one"
"No one would work the window after placing an order. They were all yelling for each other to do it. No hand washing or germx after scratching face and hair. Rude."

"The people in the Drive-Thru were extremely rude and unfriendly. We also didn’t receive all the items that we ordered. I have never written a bad review nor have I had a bad experience at this Wendy’s before, until now. I also used to work in a Drive-Thru and I never treated my customers with such disrespect.
