"Last three times I have came here it always seems like the crew working 6pm-9pm never know what they are doing or haven’t been trained well. Never get sauce for my nuggets, burgers made incorrectly, food being cold etc. Ordered online via mobile app, told them at the speaker my order number, got receipt at first window, only to pull up to the second window and have that person act confused that they do not have my order. Very frustrating."
"This location needs to stop pulling people forward, just to have an employee run it out 30 seconds later, so you can pull forward the next car. I get that it’s policy for rush hour, but it should not be happening EVERY car. If it’s not addressed, I will contact the regional manager for this store. Yours truly, a former BurgerKing Gm."
"The owner of this McDonald’s does not care about his business. The men’s bathroom has a soap dispenser, broken, going on months. One of the sinks I could not get the water to come on. The staff is overworked. My order was wrong. No apologies were given. I know we’re just human. Customer service means caring. While their manager sits in the back doing paperwork, even when in the a.m. there’s a long line. Seems like the workers are not trained correctly. When you finally get your food, it’s pretty good. I know the lines staff tries to do good. But they don’t get a chance because they’re understaffed and undertrained."
"Have stopped here several times for breakfast on my way to work. 0% of my orders have been right. And usually have to wait at least 30 minutes (and no, the line was not long, like 5 cars at most). I understand that it's supposed to be fast food and orders won't always be 100% right. But at least get the FAST part of fast food right. I now deliberately take a detour to a farther McDonald's just to avoid this one. Ironically, it's usually faster"
"So we came here for breakfast in the drive through. They were fast, very friendly and the food was delicious! They got our order correct and they even give you this little wrap with sauce, utensils and napkins! My experience was great and I will be back."
