"This location needs to be shut down I was just in a line of 15 people with complaints about their orders not being right with me being one of them you would thing after 3 people ask if they have your order right they would have it but no I was still missing half of my order. To top it of they had to come back to the car twice because they had forgotten what I ordered."
"Waited almost 20 minutes to get my order. Employees became rude when I asked it was ready. Finally got my order, and it was incorrect. The plain cheeseburger was adorned with mustard, catsup, onions, and pickles. Double quarter pound cheeseburger was severely overcooked, very dry, and almost black. From the other reviews here it seems rude behavior and bad food is the norm here."
"We did a mobile order through the drive thru. We had ONE person ahead of us, we were in the right lane. As soon as it was our turn the guy told us to wait one moment.. WE WAITED 10. He then proceeded to SKIP US 5 times in the other lane. We finally gave up after hollering. Drove to the window for the guy to have an attitude with us. Then our food wasn’t ready, waited ANOTHER 10 minutes. And the food was messy and cold with no napkins. We WONT EVER be going back."
"Always have to wait at this location which I am used to, to an extent. Kids are MISERABLE. We've waited for our food that was "just waiting on fries" for over 23 minutes and still counting. That is not counting the miserably long wait just to order. NEVER AGAIN."
